The MSHA Foundation Outreach Program is supported through MSHA fundraising events and private contributions. It is available to Montana residents of any age in need of monetary support for communication needs such as hearing aids, equipment, etc. A current MSHA member must sponsor you.
The Community Outreach Application is a form that MSHA members can fill out on behalf of a client / patient in order to request funding assistance for some specific need they have (i.e. hearing aids or communication boards).
This form needs to be printed, filled out and mailed or faxed in. No electronic filing of this one will be acceptable. It’s available for download here: Community Outreach Application.
